Ingredients
- 8 ladyfingers
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup of raspberry syrup
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.

In a small shallow dish, soak the ladyfingers in raspberry syrup for a few seconds. Place them in the serving glasses or dishes.

Spoon a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.

Add a layer of fresh raspberries on top of the mascarpone mixture.

Repeat the layers of ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and raspberries until the glasses or dishes are filled.

Dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
