Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions

In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Slice the grilled chicken and serve it with chopped fresh cilantro, diced pineapple, and diced red onion.
