Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang.

Add chicken slices to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss with the vegetables.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Serve the Skillet Chicken Bulgogi hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
