How To Make Homemade Salami

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 2 tsp curing salt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, curing salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, dried thyme, fennel seeds, and cayenne pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a log shape and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

Place the wrapped salami in the refrigerator and let it cure for at least 24 hours.

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Unwrap the salami and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
