Ingredients

  • 16 Medjool dates
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 8 strips of bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Make a lengthwise slit in each date and remove the pit.

  3. Stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon of blue cheese.

  4. Wrap each stuffed date with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

  5. Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
