- 16 Medjool dates
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 8 strips of bacon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make a lengthwise slit in each date and remove the pit.

Stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon of blue cheese.

Wrap each stuffed date with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
