How To Make Spaghetti with Chilli Prawns, Salami & Gremolata Breadcrumbs

Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 100g salami, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chilli, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the sliced salami and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In a separate pan, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the breadcrumbs and cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley and lemon zest to make the gremolata.

In a large bowl, toss together the cooked spaghetti, prawns, salami, and gremolata breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the spaghetti with chilli prawns, salami, and gremolata breadcrumbs hot and enjoy!
