How To Make Air Fryer Paneer Tikka Recipe
Mouth-watering, succulent cubes of paneer marinated in a blend of spices and cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 400g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice for garnish
- Onion and tomato wedges for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, oil, and salt.

Add paneer cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat each piece with the marinade.

Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes.

Arrange the marinated paneer cubes on the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the paneer cubes and air fry for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

Garnish with lemon juice and serve hot with onion and tomato wedges.
