Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.

  6. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

  7. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
