How To Make Chinese Cabbage and Tofu Stir Fry Recipe
A vegan stir-fry recipe with Chinese cabbage and tofu that is both healthy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 block (16 oz) of extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
- 1 head of Chinese cabbage, washed and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Add cabbage, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until sauce has thickened and vegetables are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or noodles.
