- 1 lb Chinese broccoli, washed and trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
