  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • ¼ cup sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat, add hibiscus flowers, and let steep for 10 minutes.

  3. Strain the liquid into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.

  4. Add sugar to the hibiscus tea and stir until dissolved.

  5. Refrigerate until chilled.

  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
