Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions

In a large pot, add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, Shaoxing wine, ginger, garlic, and green onions. Bring to a boil.

Add the chicken thighs and simmer for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool. Then, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil and white pepper. Drizzle over the chicken.
