How To Make Wolfgang Puck Chicken Alfredo Recipe
A classic Italian pasta dish with tender chicken and a creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat butter and olive oil.

Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and keep stirring until it has melted and thickened.

Add cooked chicken back into the skillet and mix well with the Alfredo sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the chicken Alfredo over the cooked pasta.
