  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or large pot.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together egg and milk.

  4. Use your hands to create rings out of the chicken mixture, about 1 inch in diameter. Dip each ring into the egg mixture, then back into the chicken mixture to coat fully.

  5. Fry chicken rings in batches for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
