- 4 T-bone steaks, 1 inch thick
- 2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. black pepper
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
Instructions

Preheat the grill or cast-iron skillet to high heat.

Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper.

Place steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Remove steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.
