A flame grilled sirloin steak seasoned with a bold blend of spices.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 (8oz) sirloin steaks
- 1 tbsp of kosher salt
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1/2 tbsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp of canola oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of each steak.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.

Brush the steaks with canola oil.

Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
