Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 4 chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 broccoli head, chopped
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup edamame beans, shelled
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until browned and cooked through.

In another skillet over medium heat, sauté broccoli, red pepper, and green onion in olive oil for 5-7 minutes.

Add cooked chicken and teriyaki sauce to the skillet with vegetables. Stir for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
