How To Make Fig Newtons Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1 cup of crushed fig Newtons
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine crushed fig newtons and melted butter and press mixture into a pan to form a crust.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Add eggs to the mixture and mix until well combined.

  5. Pour batter into the prepared crust and bake for 55 minutes.
