How To Make Fountain Blue Restaurant’s Truffle Fries
Thinly sliced, crispy fries with a rich truffle flavor and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin fries
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, toss together the sliced potatoes, truffle oil, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
