Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 minced shallots
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 tbsp green peppercorns in brine (crushed)
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.

Add the minced shallots and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the brandy and let it reduce by half.

Add the crushed green peppercorns and beef stock and let it reduce by half.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.

Let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.
