A rich and creamy chowder filled with seafood.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can of clams, drained
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb of scallops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add diced potatoes and seafood stock.

Bring to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender.

Add heavy cream, milk, clams, shrimp, and scallops.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
