- 1 loaf of ciabatta bread
- 1 lb of cooked chicken breast, sliced thin
- 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp of sun-dried tomato spread
- 4 tbsp of pesto
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat panini press or grill.

Slice the ciabatta bread horizontally into 4 pieces.

Spread the sun-dried tomato spread and pesto on the bread.

Add the sliced chicken breast and mozzarella cheese onto the bread.

Brush olive oil on the outer sides of the bread.

Place the panini in the press or grill and cook until bread is crispy and cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
