  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While wings are cooking, mix together hot sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
  6. Once wings are cooked, toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve hot with a side of blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
