How To Make Buffalo Wild Wings Boneless Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup of your favorite hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake the chicken for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

  5. In a large bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted butter. Add the cooked chicken to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

  6. Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
