Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add shrimp and garlic. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, around 2-3 minutes per side.

Add white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.

Cook the sauce for around 5-7 minutes or until it thickens.

Add parsley, salt, and pepper.

Toss the linguine pasta with the shrimp scampi and serve.
