How To Make Brock’s BBQ Mac and Cheese Recipe
Creamy mac and cheese with a smokey BBQ twist, perfect for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and cook macaroni according to package instructions.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add in flour and whisk until smooth, then gradually pour in milk while constantly whisking.

Add smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in cheddar cheese until melted, then add BBQ sauce.

Drain macaroni and add to the cheese sauce, stirring until completely coated.

In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and olive oil together.

Pour mac and cheese into a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
