Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Place mixture into a greased loaf pan, and smooth out the top.

In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

Spread ketchup mixture on top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Let meatloaf cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
