A classic, sweet and nutty dessert, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust
1 cup of pecans, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 cup of corn syrup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread chopped pecans on the pie crust.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Pour mixture over pecans in the pie crust.
Bake for 55 minutes until filling sets.
Let cool before serving.
