How To Make Bakers Square Key Lime Pie Recipe

This pie is a perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a smooth creamy filling and a crumbly graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and cool completely.

  4. In a large bowl, whisk egg yolks until pale and fluffy.

  5. Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest to the bowl and whisk until well combined.

  6. Pour mixture into the cooled crust and bake for 15-18 minutes or until set.

  7. Let the pie cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
