How To Make Bakers Square Blueberry Pie Recipe

A delicious twist on the classic blueberry pie made with a buttery crust and juicy blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out pie crust and place into a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

  4. Pour blueberry mixture into prepared pie crust.

  5. Cut butter into small pieces and scatter over the top of the blueberries.

  6. Brush edges of crust with egg wash.

  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.

  8. Let cool before serving.
