How To Make Bakers Square Blueberry Pie Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic blueberry pie made with a buttery crust and juicy blueberries.

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Roll out pie crust and place into a 9-inch pie dish.

Combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

Pour blueberry mixture into prepared pie crust.

Cut butter into small pieces and scatter over the top of the blueberries.
