Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake pie crust according to package instructions and let cool.

In a stand mixer, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Gradually mix in chocolate and vanilla.

Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth and glossy.

Pour filling into crust and smooth out the top.
