- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.

Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, making sure to press the crust up the sides and into the corners of the dish.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes and then set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until fully combined and smooth.

Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust and spread evenly.

In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate and 1/4 cup of butter on low heat, stirring constantly until fully melted.

Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the salt.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

Before serving, sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top, if using.
