Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and coconut oil.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a ladleful of batter.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Repeat with remaining batter.
