How To Make Ground Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

Quick and easy ground chicken stir-fry that is packed with flavor and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add ground chicken and cook until browned for about 5-6minutes.

  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

  3. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the same pan and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.

  4. Add the red and green bell peppers, broccoli florets, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables over high heat for 4-5 minutes until they are tender.

  5. Add the cooked ground chicken back into the pan and toss everything together until combined.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot and Enjoy!
