  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add ground chicken, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, and cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.

  4. Pour sauce over chicken and stir to combine.

  5. Add broccoli to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until broccoli is tender but still has a slight crunch.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
