How To Make Ground Chicken and Sweet Potato Hash Recipe
A hearty and flavorful breakfast hash made with ground chicken, sweet potatoes, and savory spices.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.

Add sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
