How To Make Ground Chicken Curry Recipe
This aromatic curry is made with ground chicken cooked in a spicy tomato-onion gravy.

Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger and green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.

Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
