How To Make Ground Chicken and Vegetable Skillet Recipe
A delicious and healthy one-pan meal with ground chicken and veggies cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow squash, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add red bell pepper, yellow squash, zucchini, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Stir well and cook for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
