Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1/4 lb deli ham, sliced thin
 - 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - 
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
 - 
Stuff each chicken breast with ham and gruyere cheese.
 - 
Season each chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - 
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 - 
Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 - 
Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
