How To Make Sesame, Edamame & Chicken Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a large bowl, combine cooked soba noodles, edamame, and shredded chicken.

In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, green onions, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss until well coated.
