
How To Make Spicy Orange Soba Noodles
You can’t go wrong with this filling soba noodles for a zesty and sweet dish with a kick. Buckwheat noodles are coated in a spicy orange sauce.

Ingredients
- 1pkgsoba noodles
- 1cuporange juice
- ¼cupsoy sauce
- ¼cupsugar
- 2tbsprice wine vinegar
- 2tbsphot sesame oil
- ½cupscallions
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add soba noodles and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until just tender; drain, rinse in cold water until cool, and drain again.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring orange juice to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until syrupy and reduced by half.

Combine orange syrup, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and oil in a blender and mix; transfer to a large bowl. Add noodles and scallions; toss well.

Serve at room temperature or chilled. Enjoy!
