Ingredients

  • 8 oz of sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are softly scrambled.

  4. Add the cooked sausage back to the skillet and stir to combine.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the scramble and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

  7. Serve the sausage, egg, and cheese scramble hot and enjoy!
