- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of caster sugar
- 1/2 cup of pistachios, finely chopped
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mixed summer berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
