- 1pie crust,(9-inch), unbaked
- 2tbspunsalted butter
- 1red onion,minced
- 1tspgarlic,minced
- 1½cupsham,diced, cooked
- 1½cupscheddar cheese,shredded
- 1cupmilk
- 4eggs,beaten
- ½tspground black pepper
- 1tspsmoked paprika
To Serve:
- balsamic glaze
- parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, and black pepper together in a bowl; pour over the ham mixture.

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic in melted butter for about 5 minutes until slightly translucent.

Stir ham and broccoli into the onion mixture and transfer to the pie crust.

Pour over the egg mixture and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
