How To Make Stir-Fried Soy Tofu Recipe

A delicious vegetarian recipe made with soy tofu.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb soy tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 handfuls of broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add cubed soy tofu and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  5. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
