  • 1⅓ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup bran flakes
  • cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened, toasted
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp pecans, toasted, chopped
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter , or margarine
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, raisins, bran flakes, coconut, chocolate chips, and, pecans in a bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan, whisk together the peanut butter, brown sugar, butter, and honey over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds or just until sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour it over the dry ingredients including the vanilla and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer and press it into the prepared pan then bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
