How To Make Tomato Mozzarella Garlic Bread Dippers
These garlic bread dippers are surefire delicious, made up of bread toasted with a garlic-butter spread, and topped with tomatoes, cheese, and basil!

Ingredients
- 1loafbread,preferably ciabatta
- 3clovesgarlic,minced
- 4tbspbutter
- 12ozmozzarella cheese,sliced
- 2large tomatoes,sliced
- ¼cupfresh basil,chopped
- salt,to taste
- pepper,to taste
- Italian seasoning,to taste
Instructions

Soften the butter and mix it with the minced garlic.

Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter on the bread.

Top with mozzarella, and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Top with tomatoes and basil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Slice into strips.

For the dipping sauce, mix equal parts of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
