- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Optional toppings: olive oil, paprika, chopped parsley
