How To Make Quick Tomato Soup with Cheesy Garlic Dippers

Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz) of crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 slices of bread
Instructions

In a large pot, combine crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, heavy cream, sugar, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.

Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet, then spread the cheese mixture evenly on top of each slice.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once the tomato soup is cooked, blend it using an immersion blender or transfer it to a regular blender and blend until smooth.
