How To Make Choc & Ginger Dippers

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 16 plain digestive biscuits
- 2 tbsp chopped crystallized ginger
Instructions

Place the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.

Stir the ground ginger into the melted chocolate until well combined.

Dip each digestive biscuit into the melted chocolate, coating one side completely. Place on a lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle a little chopped crystallized ginger on top of each chocolate-coated biscuit.

Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Serve the Choc & Ginger Dippers as a delicious snack or dessert.
